How much does it cost for delivery?
Tracked delivery is available throughout the UK at a standard rate of £9.95. Delivery is guaranteed within 7 days of placing your order.
Next day delivery is available at a rate of £14.95 for orders placed before 1pm.
We're pleased to offer free local delivery for postcodes within a 10 mile radius of the vineyard in Lowick, Northamptonshire. Free delivery is also available for orders over £140.
For any deliveries outside of mainland UK, additional charges will apply.
We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.
When will I receive my delivery?
Using our courier partner, we guarantee delivery within 7 business days for standard delivery, or within 2 business days for next day delivery depending on the time your order is placed. You'll be kept up to date with the progress of your order and will be sent a tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.
Where can I have my order delivered to?
We're currently available to deliver across mainland UK to a home address or a work place.
If you won't be available to receive your delivery, our couriers will leave a calling card and a different delivery time can be arranged. Alternatively, you may provide specific instructions to leave your delivery in a secure location. Please be sure to provide clear instructions when doing so.
Can I return my order?
Due to health and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns of opened bottles of wine.
Whilst we ensure the quality of our wine, if you contact us regarding your purchase within 10 days of receipt, with a description of the issue a member of the team will be in touch to rectify the issue.
What if my delivery is broken, unsatisfactory on receipt or undelivered?
Whilst this is unexpected, these things can happen.
Your product may be returned if received damaged and the bottle has been unopened. If there is an issue with your delivery, please send us an email within four days of receipt and we will either, provide you with a replacement delivery; or credit your account.
A refund should be provided within 14 business days. In the majority of cases, your refund will be processed in advance of this time period, however 14 business days allows a time period for us to receive the returned item and any processing.
What happens if I have made a mistake with my order?
We understand mistakes happen. If you have made an error, please contact a member of the Lowick Vineyard team within 4 hours of placing your order and we'll be able to rectify your order.
